90% of learning happens on the job. Remember: When hiring, you’re not just choosing for today; you’re making decisions for where your organization aims to be in the next few years. Unfortunately, I've learned this the hard way.

- Break down complex leadership points into structured lists with sub-bullets.
- Standardize a two-line footer asking for both reposts and follows.
Best-performing posts
Ranked by likes, across everything we analysed.
Hidden salaries waste time. They breed distrust. And they benefit nobody. It makes absolutely no sense why so many job still do not list the salary range. And it wastes the time of both employers and candidates.
I’ll never forget when someone took a chance on me. All I had was enthusiasm and a desire to learn. But they saw something in me. And I became one of their best hires. Those with the right attitude, mindset, and work ethic will always outperform those who just check the boxes on paper.
A pottery teacher split his class in two. One group was graded on quantity. As many pots as possible. The other group was graded on quality. One pot. It had to be perfect. In the end, the highest quality pots all came from the quantity group. None came from the perfectionists.
Bottom line: No job is worth sacrificing your well-being. Make your choice carefully. Because you should never have to prioritize EITHER your job OR your mental health. That’s the fastest route to burnout.
