For anything about your account or billing, write from the email address you signed up with. That lets us find your account without asking follow-up questions.
Most questions are already answered on the Help & FAQ page: connecting LinkedIn, scheduling, trials, refunds and plan changes. If yours is not, the chat bubble in the bottom corner of any page reaches the same inbox as email.
